It got cold last night. It was the kind of night in Minnesota when you think, could it really be that sometimes we wear shorts and t-shirts outside? Is it true that, here at our house, during a different season, we open the windows of the house, grow vegetables in our garden, and sit outside with lemonade and watch the cats eat grass? Can it really be true, or is just our imagination, that snapdragons sometimes pop up unannounced and unbidden, and the days are so long that, by the time we come inside the house, it’s almost time for bed?
I’m actually not sure. All I really know is, it was cold last night.
