Well, after an entire week of trying, I still haven’t gotten Wells Fargo to reverse my $12 “service fee” that they sneakily applied to my account on 12/24. The last time I talked to them, Friday the 8th, a manager agreed to reverse the charge, “but I wouldn’t see it till Monday.”
It’s now the following Tuesday. The charge is still on my account. What a surprise, they didn’t take care of it.
Obviously, they think I’ll just give up. I’ve made 3 phone calls and talked to 4 people now.
I’m not giving up. And once I get this resolved, I am leaving them.
